Getting milk to children
The Milk Fund provides milk and formula vouchers through our community partners to children ages 13 and younger in Knox County, Illinois. Our charity uses local donations to assistance families in meeting their children's dietary need for milk and formula.

Mary Allensworth Creighton founded the Children's Milk Fund in 1945 when she asked the readers of her newspaper, The Galesburg Post, if they would like to contribute to a milk fund for children. Helping low income children get milk to improve their health and nutrition was a cause that was near to her heart.
